Her Passion drive her to Disability Support

She is a dedicated practitioner who continues to expand her knowledge of current NDIS best practices through collaboration, professional development & working on an ongoing basis with a network of diverse clients.

The experience of having a loved one with a disability within her immediate family was her reason for entering the sector passionately 15 years ago, and continues to be the driving force behind assisting her clients to effectively transition to the NDIS and in turn provide positive, goal based outcomes for their client cohort.

Registration & Audit

From desktop audit & navigating the registration requirements, to ongoing compliance with the practice standards, Erin can simplify the process and guide you with ease from start to finish. She has also recently developed a pre-audit program, which assists organisations to manage their quality system by breaking down the practice standards and working on one topic at a time in a systematic way, to implement effective continuous improvement.

Policies and Procedures

Erin has written a number a policy and procedure manuals for her clients, including; plan managers, support and accommodation providers, support coordinators and un-registered providers. All of which can be customised to best suit your organisation. Manuals are affordable for small providers, and range in price from just $1500 to $3500 depending on the registration groups your organisation delivers.

If I weren't so damn good at my job, I would be learning how to producing wine… I’d love to retire on a small vineyard / hobby farm one day.

What's the most inspiring part of your job? Seeing both our clients and team of staff happy
If I were a superhero, my superpower would be teleporting because I spend a lot of time on the road.
When I was 5, I was pretty sure I'd be working at an ice cream shop, because I was convinced that I would be paid in ice cream and wouldn’t need anything else in my life.
