Whilst we always try to exceed expectations, we recognise sometimes we might not get it right. We are committed to working with you to resolve your complaint. If you feel we have not settled your complaint fairly, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is responsible for making sure providers are doing the right thing and participants are receiving safe and appropriate services.
